What I love about the food in Hong Kong is that their bakery and snack selection are all very tasty. I can’t deny how amazing their bakery selection is and I look forward to my breakfast every morning. In the UK; I have my standard cereal or toast but it gets boring! Hong Kong for sure love their food and I enjoy many mornings steaming buns and yam cakes.
My biggest discovery is the egg custard croissant at Urban Bakery. I have tried many croissants in my life and the egg custard croissant was to die for! Thankfully, my first encounter was a fresh one…they sold out when we arrived but they had a batch in the oven and due to come out in 15 minutes so we waited.
If you every come by Hong Kong; you must must try the egg custard croissant; you will leave the country wanting more and unfortunately; I am craving this so badly. May x
