I have been a massive fan of Symmetry Breakfast on Instagram, they are a loving couple from London who photographs their homemade breakfast every morning and sharing us their creative delights with their 278k+ foodie followers. Their photography is needless to say perfect; but their breakfasts are incredibly tasty and inspires us to be creative and eat well for breakfast. It’s not all about cereal and toast which is our general quick fixes in the morning. We really undermine our breakfast routine and unfortunately, many of us dread the morning wake up and run out the door to make it to work. What the hell happened to the most important meal of the day? Unfortunately, we live in the world where time is money and we just don’t make time for quality breakfast. Symmetry Breakfast have given me sooo many ideas as to how we should be creative for our breakfast and that way; look forward to our morning meal every day. Apart from their perfectly placed photographs of their brekkie; their photos is a symbol of something so much more; their relationship- the commitment to make time for one another over breakfast and live in the moment and bond over our love for food.
