Not long to go, I have two months until I get on that plane to Thailand and I know it’s going to be a holiday to remember! It’s going to be sizzling hot; so I have been determined and keep up with a strict regime to get me Thailand-body-ready! This picture was taken in the Summer when I first kicked off my fitness regime and the trainer at the time took a snap while we were working hard. He then posted this on his Instagram with his strap line ” Decide – Commit – Succeed” which has stuck to me ever since!! Every time I look at a pizza, a bag of crisps, a box of chocolate…don’t get me wrong, my will-power is too weak to resist so I do scoff down the junk; but it could have been so much worse! I could be eating unhealthily and not working out so in a way; it’s counter-balancing :p I am so naughty! What doesn’t help is that I am a food blogger 
again this shouldn’t stop me as every time I go out and enjoy a really hench meal, I make sure I work out and book myself a class to work it off.
I am counting down the weeks to my big holiday; Christmas should be hard but I am determined! Thankfully, Lumia is hosting a fitness inspiration competition #LumiaFitnessInspiration where I have entered this picture – hopefully I have inspired at least one person to keep up a healthier lifestyle. I’m not someone who has a soppy story to sell, or an intriguing story about me growing up, but what I know is that our generation is working hard to earn money to live and consume, but not investing in their health and inner confidence. It’s very easy to say, I will start keeping fit ‘soon’ which is in fact a self lie! I found my way through ClassPass and I have never looked back since.
