Yesterday was Halloween and I decided to stay in and enjoy a bit of telly and Netflix. Sixth Sense was on and didn’t finish until 1am (you know that scene where the girl throws up; it gets me everytime and I am always pre-warned when that comes up coz I shut my eyes and cover my ears) and this was when I noticed the heavy fog as I looked out my window. I was a little freaked out because I didn’t expect a thick fog like that and I am certain London did not expect it either. Imagine walking through the graveyard at this time, I would be wetting my myself with fear! I knew that this would be a photographer/Instagrammer’s dream to shoot some fog but I’m no Iger or pro photographer so I slept in (as you do on Sunday) instead. I woke up with a feed full of foggy London pictures on Instagram as expected, I had about an hour to photograph some local fogs in North London and managed to capture a handful around Palmers Green and Broomfield Park. It was very serene with your usual joggers in the park and at least one man with his trolly feeding the ducks by the pond. Just fyi, I live near Palmers Green which orders along Enfield and Barnet. It’s a suburban location for families where it is close to all the amenities they need eg local park, pubs, schools, transport system, local stores. It’s a great location for sure if you enjoy the greener and quieter side to life. I come here almost every Sunday morning and I am sure next Sunday, there will be bare trees and more leaves on the ground. FYI, the four blurrier images came from my iPhone 6s whilst the larger images were taken with my Canon G7x.
