Wow, 1Rebel fitness studio is amazing! Located just around the corner from Sushi Samba in Liverpool Street, the studio looks like a boutique. In fact, it is a fitness boutique offering everything you need from a complimentary bottle of water and towel (for the showers) at the reception to top end grooming and skincare products to make it easier for you to sweat harder! Every detail has been well thought out to provide the best service, best workout and best experience every time from when you walk in to when you walk out of that door!
Through ClassPass, I booked the Ride Live session at 7pm which involves a live DJ on set to play the hottest tunes for the 45 minute cycle. Note that you don’t wear your own trainers to cycle; it’s the proper cycle bike where you are provided to wear the proper cycle shoes that clips on to the peddle! Neat huh! After a sweaty work out (which also involves some weights during the cycle) the ladies changing/shower room was just wow! The whole decor and interior just makes 1Rebel more than just a workout studio but a destination; I don’t want to get all salesy but you have to really check it out to experience it. When coming to 1Rebel, all you need is your gym top, gym pants and socks because you will receive a bottle of water and towel, shampoo/conditioner/cleanser and body wash ready in the shower cubicles. There is a hairdryer, GHD straighteners, cotton pads and face cleanser to get you leaving the studio fresh and ready for the day/night.
I haven’t tried their food bar yet but you know those cravings after a workout; they have a cold pressed juice bar and snack station to curb your craving for something naughty (like Mcdonalds).
Right, you are going to think; how much are these classes…it is pricey at £20 a session but good news guys! First session for new customers are free (literally, take advantage of the free first class) and soak in the experience! But through ClassPass, you can attend this studio of a maximum 3 times a month.
