1 more week before I jet off to Hong Kong and Perth; and not to mention that Summer is pretty much here!! Eek, all that cake, chocs, sweets, crisps, snacks, comfort eating…it’s not going haha! I just need to burn it off and tone…and still eat what I want. I know I know it is terrible but I love my food, so at least I’m working out (really hard by the way) as I chug it all down. As a ClassPass member; I am still discovering new classes every week and this week; I thought I’d try out a Bum and Core 30min class with iHuman Fitness. They are a small fitness studio hosting small groups of workout classes of Yoga, Pilates, Integrated spinning workouts and personal indoor/outdoor training. They pride to offer fitness solutions and regime for the local community and even better; for a small concentrated group. The Bum and Core class is always a popular one for girls so a no hesitation for me to click the reservation button! The workout for Bum and Core was a combination of spinning and floor work with weights. Being in a small group class; our trainer Mo was definitely keeping an eye on each and every one of us. I do like to cut corners and cheat but he pushes us hard to squeeze every second effort for the 30 minute workout. These short 30min sessions are perfect for those who want to work out during their lunch breaks but unfortunately for me, I am not local so it will have to be weekends for me.
