Last month, I attended Serene Social’s Yoga brunch event where I met fellow Yogis, fitness bloggers and journalists alike. We enjoyed an hour long of yoga at The Hoxton in Shoreditch for a day of mindful, delicious and fun wellness. This was no ordinary yoga session; we had the wonderfully talented Chelsea Leyland DJ-ing the class and taught by Tegan and Davina. We had a lovely goody bag from Rie + Ryn with 2 complimentary tops from their collection which I have been so excited to wear. Carrie (Rie) and Taryn (Ryn) are best buds and share a mutual love of music, fitness and fashion which inspired them to create Rie + Ryn.

Their line is versatile for street to studio wear – it’s always fun, bold and creative. The top I am wearing is 100% cotton; a vintage inspired classic fit with raw edge shirt tail and armhole. I like to be motivated and being fashionable with my workout gear motivates me
