Why Spinning Classes Will Give you Toned Legs and Not Bulky, Chunky Pins!

There is this myth where girls think that spinning classes will give them massive thighs and calves which in fact is not only a lie but the opposite! It helps you build muscles for a much toner and leaner set of pins as well as burn shit load of fat! I am trying to convert girl’s minds by getting expert opinions on this so called myth to end it once and for all!

Melissa, a PT from 1REBEL responded to my tweet and said:

“…Growing muscle required LOTS of food, and lots of testosterone which women have in teenie amounts. Growing big legs would require heavy lifting and ALLLLL the food! 😜. Better muscle tone is basically an increase in muscle, paired with fat loss which comes from training and diet.”

Boom Cycle also confirmed that this rubbish is a myth and that spinning does not give you chunky legs.
