ClassPass has changed how we perceive fitness, well for me at least. They found a gap in the market to help others looking for a ‘happier’ way to get fit and I genuinely think ClassPass is the answer. I am surprised that there are this many boutique studios in London; without ClassPass I would not have discovered them. However, ClassPass has increased their monthly membership recently from £79 to £110 which is a 40% increase. Steep? Yes, but is it worth it? I would consider it this way; what can I sacrifice and how much work out will I need to do per week to ensure I am getting my money’s worth – if you don’t think you work out as much as the value of £110, there is an alternative package where you can opt in to a base membership with 5 classes a month at £55 a month. Just to re-iterate; as a ClassPass Ambassador; I don’t get paid and am a paying membership. I champion ClassPass because it has changed and balanced my lifestyle for the better! As a food and lifestyle blogger it’s tough to keep that waistband tight and at the rate I was eating; I knew I couldn’t continue to rely on my Asian genetics to stay slender and fit.

My favourite studios to date: At Your Beat Dance Studio, Yogasphere, Blok London, Studio Lagree Megaformers, Core Collective, 1Rebel, Fierce Grace Primrose Hill Hot Yoga, Skylab Studios Aerial fitness, Exerceo Training.

The £30 off first month membership for new members won’t last for long (it used to be £20 off); so get it whilst it lasts by clicking into my link.
