Since the launch of ClassPass London in 2015, I have been a regular at The Refinery studio since day 1 and what kept me coming back for more was their friendliness, their sense of community, colourful range of pilates/dance/yoga classes and lets not forget their mint teas! The boutique studio is located in the heart of east London in Homerton and I have been coming here for my weekly dosage of street dance classes on Thursdays.

I took the opportunity to host my very first ClassPass Ambassador event at The Refinery by inviting fitness buffs and ClassPass members alike to come along to ultimately sweat it out and have some fun. We all share the same goal; we all want to live a healthier and sweatier lifestyle and what better way to do it than with your girls at their new Pound Fit class (taught by Coco Thomas) followed by Restorative Yoga with a live guitarist! Double whammy why not and after a couple weeks of prep, we had the most amazing time trying a new studio, new classes and most importantly meeting new sweat buddies. I am so lucky to be in a position to work with studios, create new opportunities, build new friendships and money can’t buy experiences.
