It’s dinner time! I met up with one of my favourite girls for dinner and movie on Saturday and we decided to dine at Cabana Brasilian Barbecue in Westfield. Honestly, it was one of the best and most satisfying meals I have had in a while. The menu was so colourful and dandy (there was a cute picture of a sheep with rainbow legs called chilli chilli lamb lamb ^^) I love a menu with a bit of character. I rarely dine at a Brasilian restaurant (perhaps I don’t come across many Brasilian restaurants around London) so I was super excited to taste a bit of Rio in Cabana. So what did we order?

Crunchy Fried Rice Balls: Rice bolinhos filled with melted parmesan & served with Malagueta mayo.
8oz Hanger Beef Steak: Known as Butcher’s Steak arrived on a skewer medium rare (it was a beastly size).
Spicy Malagueta Chicken Burger: with avocado, tomato, lettuce and chilli mayo in a brioche bun.
Brasilian Homeslaw: Coleslaw of carrot, red and white cabbage, crushed cashews and a hint of mango.

I cannot tell you how much I enjoyed my meal; it was flavoursome, juicy, succulent and most of all…I felt like I was in Brasil. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal without having to break the bank; so I would definitely come back here with a group of friends. The vibe was buzzing; bringing the Rio party into the restaurant as you watch the queue line build up during peak hours. I can’t wait to come back and try something different on their menu. May x
