I’ve been going to HIIT Gym 3 times now and I really love it. It’s a small boutique studio just by West Hampstead station which means it’s a concentrated class; the trainer pushes you hard as well as the group pushing each other to keep going. It can be tough but you can always fall back and work at your own pace. What’s great is that you get to wear these heart rate strap things around your chest area (underneath your sports bra basically) which then shows up on the big screen. It shows you how hard you need to push, what your heart rate is (and in comparison to the rest of the group) and how many calories you are burning during the session. I think that’s a brilliant idea if you have a goal to burn x amount of calories and I seem to burn more than I could imagine so it’s great to know that the routine they’ve set for us is the best and most effective workout for the 45 minute session. HIIT Gym classes are perfect for toning, losing weight and get fitter and stronger. Their program is exactly what I need by integrating all the important components:
a heart rate based interval training which involves intense cardio fitness, resistance and toning, functional core fitness.
Thankfully you can try before you sign up Hiit Gym offers one week free trial which is great for anybody who wants to test drive. 1 week free trial link here. Otherwise, if you are still considering about ClassPass, Hiit Gym is also part of the list of boutique gyms so if you are considering to join here is my referral link ^^ : Class Pass Referral Link. Well; I normally attend on Sundays so I could see you there
